Join us as a Trustee

The Cellardyke Trust was set up as a Scottish charity in February 2020. Our website also shows the variety of other projects we are involved in  In short, the Cellardyke Trust aims to create an environment where community projects can be supported and developed – and individuals, families, groups and organisations can work together to help strengthen the community.
As we now get to the other side of the pandemic, we are looking for additional Trustees to strengthen our Board. You will have a love of Cellardyke and its arts, heritage and culture and enjoy working with other people as a team to support community projects. You don’t need to live in Cellardyke, but you will have to be over 16 (as our constitution requires) – and having a connection to Cellardyke and its community is important.
We are a new and evolving organisation, so being flexible and good humoured would be great. We are a diverse group of people and Trustee meetings are informal. We understand the importance of good governance of a charity – but try not to be dry and dull, but work together to share ideas and solve problems. We would very much welcome new people to join us and to contribute to the development of the Cellardyke Trust.
We would love to hear from you if you are interested. Please do contact our Chairman, Richard Wemyss, on info@cellardyketrust.org for an informal chat.
