The Cellardyke Trust is a two tier SCIO – this means that as well as Trustees, we will have Members. The Members then appoint the Board of Trustees who run the organisation. Members also have to approve any changes to the Constitution. A copy of our Constitution is available here: (insert link to constitution)
The first Trustees were agreed by OSCR, the Charity Regulator, and each year Trustees will then stand for election at the Annual General Meeting of The Cellardyke Trust. We need to have our first AGM within 15 months of the establishment of organisation, so this is now likely to be in Spring 2021. Members will be invited to the AGM and be able to hear about the work of The Cellardyke Trust. Becoming a Member is a great way to support The Cellardyke Trust and to be part of the organisation. We have set our Membership Fee at a modest fee to enable as many people as possible to become involved.
To become a Member you will need to download and complete an application form and return it to : secretary@cellardyketrust.org
Membership is £10 per year and the Membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March. Membership ceases if the membership fee is not paid.
If you are a UK taxpayer, we will also be able to claim Gift Aid on your Membership. Please fill in that section of the form if you wish us to do this.
We welcome financial donations to support The Cellardyke Trust – as well as the donations of time, skills, expertise and participation that make our events a success.
